Experienced employment and labor litigator sought to join a well-established U.S. law firm’s Atlanta office. This role is focused on leading and growing complex workplace litigation matters, advising employers on litigation strategy, and supervising a team of associates.

The firm is looking for a partner-level lawyer with a track record of courtroom and motion practice, strong client relationships, and the ability to originate and develop new business. The position offers a senior role with responsibility for case management, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to practice growth.

Admitted to practice in Georgia (or eligible for admission) with active litigation experience
Significant trial and dispositive motion experience in employment and labor matters
Proven ability to manage and develop a team of associates and support staff
Demonstrated client development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is a plus
