Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor & Litigation — Austin

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in the Austin office. The role combines trial and contentious employment work with practice leadership and client development responsibilities.

The successful candidate will run a portable employment litigation practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work with firm leadership to expand regional market share. This is an opportunity to join an active team handling high-stakes workplace disputes and related counseling matters.

• Proven partner-level experience in employment/labor litigation and trial work.
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Strong case management and courtroom advocacy skills; supervisory experience with associates.
• Admission to the Texas bar (or ability to obtain) and clear professional standing.
