Well-established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow its employment and labor litigation practice in the Buffalo office. The role will focus on high‑stakes employment litigation, counseling, and courtroom advocacy for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will lead and develop a portable practice, supervise associates, and work closely with local and national teams on complex disputes. This is an opportunity to join a busy practice with established resources and cross‑office collaboration.

Proven track record in employment and labor litigation, including trial and briefing experience.
Admissions in New York (or ability to obtain) and strong standing with the bar.
Experience supervising associates and managing matter budgets and staffing.
Portable client relationships and demonstrated business development capability preferred.
