Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago Employment & Labor Litigation practice. The role will focus on high‑stakes employment disputes, including individual and class/collective actions, counseling in workplace regulatory matters, and litigation strategy across trial and appellate levels.

The successful candidate will help lead and grow a litigation team, manage complex cases, and work closely with in‑house counsel and external clients. There is an expectation of contributing to business development; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated client origination are encouraged to apply.

Seasoned employment and labor litigator with significant experience handling individual and class/collective actions and other workplace disputes.
Proven trial and dispositive‑motion experience; appellate exposure a plus.
Track record of client development and the ability to bring or expand client relationships.
Bar admission in Illinois (or eligible) and ability to practice in federal and state courts in the region.
