Established national legal practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Columbus office to lead and expand employment and labor litigation work. The role focuses on defending and advising employers across a range of workplace disputes and regulatory matters.

The partner will manage complex litigation files, supervise associates, and work closely with clients to provide strategic counseling and courtroom representation. There is a business-development expectation; candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Seasoned employment and labor litigator with significant partner-level experience
Proven trial and motion practice skills; strong litigation management and drafting ability
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Bar admission in Ohio (or willingness to become admitted) and ability to work from the Columbus office
Experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers
