Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a litigation-focused employment and labor practice in the Des Moines office. The role will handle a full litigation docket across employment-related disputes, manage case strategy, and provide senior-level advice to employers and other clients.

The partner will supervise and mentor associates, coordinate with a broader national litigation platform, and play an active role in business development. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation
Proven record of managing cases through trial and dispute resolution
Demonstrated business development skills and ability to grow a client base (portable practice welcome)
Strong leadership, mentoring and client-management capabilities
Active bar admission or ability to become admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
