Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Fargo

Seeking a partner to join a busy employment and labor litigation team in Fargo. The role will focus on defending and advising employers in contested employment matters across state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings.

The successful candidate will lead cases from intake through trial, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to the growth of the regional practice. There is an expectation of business development; candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships will be given strong consideration.

• Established partner-level litigation experience in labor and employment law.
• Proven trial and courtroom experience handling employment disputes in state and federal settings.
• Track record of supervising teams and managing complex matters from investigation through resolution.
• Demonstrable business development ability; portable client base preferred.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it.
