Leading national firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join and expand its Hartford employment and labor litigation practice. The role will focus on defending employers in employment-related disputes, managing courtroom and pretrial matters, and providing strategic counseling on workplace issues.

Ideal candidate will lead matters, supervise associates, and work closely with colleagues across offices to service regional clients. There is an expectation of business development — candidates with an established, portable practice will be given strong consideration.

Admitted to the relevant state bar and in good standing
Proven experience handling employment litigation and labor matters, including trial and dispositive motion work
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and supervise junior lawyers
Track record of client development and maintaining relationships; portable practice preferred
