Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Houston Employment & Labor and Litigation practice. The role focuses on counseling employers and defending complex employment-related disputes in state and federal courts and administrative forums.

This is a client-facing partner role for an experienced litigator with a portable practice or demonstrable client development track record. You will lead matters, supervise associate teams, and help grow the regional employment practice.

Established litigation background in employment and labor matters (individual & class actions, wage & hour, discrimination, or related disputes)
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Federal and Texas state court experience and courtroom advocacy skills
Active Texas bar admission or eligibility to transfer in
Strong team leadership and business development capabilities
