Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Irvine office to lead and expand the Employment & Labor litigation practice. The role emphasizes hands-on litigation, courtroom advocacy, and client counseling across workplace disputes.

The partner will manage a team of litigators, supervise case strategy from pleading through trial, and work closely with colleagues across offices. Business development is an important element of the role; candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships will be prioritized.

Admitted to practice in the relevant state; active bar status required
Proven track record in employment/labor litigation, including trial and motion practice
Experience managing teams and supervising associates
Demonstrated business development ability; portable book of business preferred
