Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor and Litigation groups in the Las Vegas office. The role focuses on defending and counseling employers across a range of workplace disputes and regulatory matters, with regular courtroom and arbitration exposure.

The ideal candidate will bring a portable employment litigation practice or demonstrable client relationships and will help grow the office’s labor & employment capabilities. This is a hands-on role combining client management, case strategy, and team leadership.

Established partner-level experience in employment litigation and labor matters
Track record of client origination or a portable practice in employment law
Strong trial and arbitration experience; court advocacy skills
Ability to lead and develop a team; business development focus
Bar admission in Nevada or willingness to obtain admission
