A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Lincoln office to lead and grow an employment & labor and litigation practice. This role will handle a mix of employment litigation, counseling, and workplace-related disputes across state and federal courts.

The partner will work with an established litigation team, take primary responsibility for case strategy and trial preparation, and help develop client relationships regionally. A portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is welcome.

Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and in good standing
Proven experience handling employment and labor litigation matters in state and federal court
Strong trial and motion practice skills and experience supervising associates
Demonstrable business development ability; portable book of business encouraged but not required
