Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Los Angeles

Leading U.S. law firm seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Los Angeles employment and labor litigation bench. The role focuses on defending and advising employers in high-stakes litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will join a busy, collaborative litigation team and will handle trials, dispositive motions, and complex pre-trial strategy. There is opportunity to grow an existing practice and contribute to business development in the region.

• Established partner with significant employment and labor litigation experience.
• Proven track record of courtroom and motion practice; trial experience strongly preferred.
• Admission to the California bar (or willingness to seek admission).
• Portable client relationships/business development ability preferred.
