Leading national firm seeks a senior employment and labor litigation partner to join its Louisville office. The role focuses on defending and advising employers in complex workplace disputes, including individual and collective litigation, administrative matters, and counseling on day-to-day employment issues.

The successful candidate will take a client-facing leadership role, manage and develop a litigation team, and collaborate with national practice colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters. A portable practice or established book of business is welcomed to support immediate contribution and growth.

Admitted to practice in the relevant state(s) and in good standing
Proven track record in employment and labor litigation, including courtroom and administrative experience
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; experience managing and mentoring associates
Strong writing, advocacy, and client-management skills
