Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Oklahoma City

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Oklahoma City employment and labor litigation practice. The role focuses on defending and counseling employers in a broad range of workplace disputes and related litigation matters.

The successful candidate will join a team handling complex employment litigation matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, working with experienced trial lawyers and supporting business development efforts locally and regionally.

Firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate work; this is an opportunity to build on an existing book of business while contributing to a growing regional platform.

• Established partner-level litigation experience in employment and labor law.
• Proven trial and motion experience in state and federal courts and/or administrative forums.
• Strong client development record; portable business or demonstrable origination ability preferred.
• Active bar admission in Oklahoma or eligibility for reciprocity/quick admission.
