Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation — Ontario, CA

Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in the Ontario, CA office. The role focuses on managing and growing a high-quality litigation and employment practice representing employers in a range of workplace disputes and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will lead complex matters, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partner-level role where a portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record will be valued.

• Established partner with significant experience in employment & labor litigation.
• Proven trial and courtroom experience handling workplace disputes, wage-and-hour, discrimination, and related employment matters.
• Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice preferred.
• Active bar admission in California (or ability to become admitted) and ability to work from the Ontario, CA office.
