Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Philadelphia

Partner-level opportunity to lead and grow an employment and labor litigation practice in Philadelphia. The role focuses on litigating employment disputes, advising employers on workplace risk, and representing clients in state and federal courts and administrative forums.

The position requires managing and mentoring associates, owning client relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business will be considered.

• Admission to practice in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain admission)
• Established partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation
• Proven trial and/or significant motion practice experience in state and federal courts
• Track record of client development and managing client relationships
• Experience supervising associates and contributing to firm business development; portability of clients or a book of business is desirable
