Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an employment and labor litigation practice in the Pittsburgh area. The role will handle contested workplace matters across state and federal courts and advise employers on risk mitigation and dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will join an established team, manage a docket of litigation, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with clients on strategy and case outcomes. A portable practice or client relationships are welcome and will be supported.

Partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including trials and hearings
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (or able to obtain admission)
Proven business development skills and ability to cultivate client relationships; portable book of business is a plus
Experience supervising associates and managing matters from intake through resolution
