Established national firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Providence office to lead and grow the Employment & Labor and Litigation practice. The role will handle a mix of counseling, litigation and trials across workplace-related disputes.

The successful candidate will help manage and develop a team, take a leading role on contentious matters, and work with cross‑office colleagues on regional and national matters. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome but not mandatory.

Established partner-level experience in employment & labor law and commercial litigation, including courtroom/trial experience.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; business development track record preferred.
Strong managerial skills with experience supervising associates and staff.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
