Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to build and lead its Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in Rapid City. This role focuses on workplace-related litigation and labor matters, managing trials and complex disputes for a diverse client base.

The partner will lead case teams, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with firm leadership to grow the regional practice. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate and develop business is desirable.

  • Proven partner-level litigation experience in employment and labor matters, including trial experience
  • Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in South Dakota
  • Track record of leading teams and managing client relationships
  • Business development ability; portable book of business preferred but not required
