Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to build and lead its Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in Rapid City. This role focuses on workplace-related litigation and labor matters, managing trials and complex disputes for a diverse client base.

The partner will lead case teams, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with firm leadership to grow the regional practice. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate and develop business is desirable.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in employment and labor matters, including trial experience
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in South Dakota
Track record of leading teams and managing client relationships
Business development ability; portable book of business preferred but not required
