Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an employment and labor litigation practice in the firm’s Sacramento office. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting employment-related disputes across state and federal courts and advising employers on workplace compliance and risk management.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative litigation team and will handle high-stakes matters, including trials and hearings. This is an opportunity to shape a regional practice while leveraging national firm resources.

Portable practice or client relationships are welcome and will be considered as part of the hiring discussion.

Established employment and labor litigation partner with demonstrable trial and courtroom experience
California bar admission and ability to practice in Sacramento and federal courts
Proven business development skills and client management; portable relationships welcomed
Strong drafting, advocacy, and client-facing abilities
