Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Diego employment and labor litigation practice. The role focuses on defending and advising employers in a broad range of workplace disputes and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will lead litigation matters, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the local practice. There is an expectation of contributing to client development; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation
Track record of courtroom and/or arbitration experience and managing complex matters
Client development experience; portable business welcomed
Active bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in San Diego
