Leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office to lead and grow an Employment & Labor practice with a strong litigation focus. The role combines courtroom and advisory work across employment disputes, counseling, and related litigation matters.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team handling complex employer-side matters and will work closely with litigators across the region. This is an opportunity to take on a visible practice leadership role within a well-resourced platform.

Established partner with significant experience in employment law and employment-related litigation.
Proven trial and courtroom experience, including motion practice and dispute resolution.
Track record of business development; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable origination history encouraged to apply.
Strong client relationship and team leadership skills; admitted to practice and eligible to work in California.
