Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Shelburne

Senior litigation partner opportunity to lead and grow an employment and labor litigation practice from the firm's Shelburne office. The role focuses on defending employers and advising on high-stakes workplace disputes, with regular courtroom and arbitration work.

You'll manage case teams, develop business, and work directly with in-house counsel and other stakeholders on complex employment matters. Portable client relationships and a demonstrated track record of originating or bringing significant matters are welcome.

• Proven trial and arbitration experience; strong courtroom presence and case-management skills.
