Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Tampa

A national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its employment and labor litigation practice in Tampa. The role focuses on defending employers and handling high-stakes employment disputes across state and federal forums.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation platform, take a hands-on role in trial and appellate matters, and help develop regional client relationships. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business.

• Partner-level experience in employment & labor litigation, including trial and appellate work
• Proven client development skills; portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate work preferred
• Ability to supervise and mentor associates and contribute to practice management
• Bar admission in Florida or willingness to obtain admission
