Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Tri‑Cities

Major national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow an established Employment & Labor litigation practice in its Tri‑Cities office. The role focuses on defending and counseling clients in workplace disputes across state and federal courts and administrative forums.

The successful candidate will work with a busy litigation team, manage client relationships, supervise associates, and help develop business across the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is welcome.

• Experienced litigation partner with a primary practice in labor & employment.
• Proven record of handling complex workplace disputes in state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable business welcomed.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in the Tri‑Cities region.
