Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tulsa office to lead and expand an employment and labor litigation practice. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting workplace disputes, counseling employers on employment law compliance, and managing high-stakes litigation matters across the region.

The partner will join an experienced litigation team, supervise associates, and take ownership of case strategy from intake through trial or resolution. The role includes significant client-facing work and opportunities to develop and expand a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including trial and courtroom experience.
Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships and contribute to business development.
Experience supervising associates and managing case teams on complex litigation matters.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
