Senior employment and labor partner opportunity with a well-established national firm seeking a trial-capable lawyer to lead and grow an employment litigation practice out of its Ventura County presence. The role focuses on defense-side labor & employment litigation and counseling for regional employers.

The position offers a leadership role on matters including individual and class/collective employment disputes, administrative hearings, and preventative employment counseling. There is an expectation to collaborate across offices and support business development for the regional team.

Portable client relationships or a demonstrable book of business are welcome and will be considered in alignment with the hiring structure.

Proven track record in employment and labor litigation, including trial and/or administrative hearing experience.
Established relationships and demonstrated ability to develop business in the region; portable book of business preferred.
Strong client management, litigation strategy, and team leadership skills.
Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain admission.
