Established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Williamsburg office to lead and grow its employment and labor litigation practice. The role focuses on defending employers in complex employment disputes, class and collective actions, and administrative proceedings.

The successful candidate will manage and mentor a litigation team, handle high‑stakes courtroom and administrative hearings, and work closely with other offices on multi‑jurisdictional matters. There is an expectation to develop and expand client relationships; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business development traction are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner or equivalent senior litigation experience in employment and labor law
Extensive courtroom and administrative hearing experience; strong track record defending employers
Demonstrable business development skills and client relationship management
Experience supervising associates and managing case teams
Admission to state bar (or ability to become admitted) and good standing
