Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its London Employment & Labor team. The role offers the opportunity to lead high‑value advisory and contentious work for UK and international clients across the full spectrum of employment law.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, overseeing complex matters, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a visible role within a practice that advises corporates and institutions on strategic employment matters.

Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law in the UK market.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable client development capability desirable.
Strong litigation and advisory skills across individual and collective employment matters.
Experience leading teams, supervising associates and delivering commercial legal advice to senior in‑house and external stakeholders.
