Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Employment & Labor team in Miami. The role will lead and expand a portable employment practice, advising employers on workplace disputes, compliance, and labor matters and supervising more junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will work on both counseling and contentious matters, develop business, and help shape team strategy in the market. This is an opportunity to join a well-established national firm’s Miami office and grow a client-facing practice.

Established partner-level track record in employment and labor law
Proven client development skills and an existing portable practice or book of business
Experience handling counseling and litigation/administrative matters for employers
Strong leadership and mentoring ability for junior attorneys
