Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor — New Jersey

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor team in New Jersey. The role will focus on counseling employers and representing clients in a mix of labor and employment matters across state and federal forums.

The office is expanding its labor & employment capabilities in the market; the successful candidate will help grow a broad-ranging practice and collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s regional and national platform. A portable practice or demonstrable origination and client-development ability is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in labor & employment law (employee-side or employer-side experience considered).
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey (or eligible to obtain admission) and admitted to relevant federal courts.
• Proven client-development track record; portable book of business or clear origination pipeline preferred.
• Strong litigation and/or counseling skills, plus ability to lead engagements and mentor associates.
