Senior partner opportunity for an experienced employment and labor lawyer to join a well-established, highly regarded law firm’s New Jersey team. The role focuses on counseling employers on labor and employment matters with a significant emphasis on executive compensation and benefits.

The firm is seeking a strategic, client-facing partner who can advise on complex compensation arrangements, executive agreements, and related benefits issues. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team serving regional and national employer clients.

Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law, with substantive executive compensation and benefits work.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; ability to bring or develop portable matters welcomed.
Strong litigation and advisory skills on employer-side employment matters and compensation-related issues.
Admission to practice in New Jersey (or admission eligibility) and ability to work from the New Jersey office.
