Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Employment & Labor team in New York. The role focuses on representing employers in counseling, day-to-day employment matters, and labor and employment litigation across a range of industries.

The ideal candidate will bring proven partner-level experience, help develop and lead client engagements, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team on both counseling and contested matters. There is support for business development and cross-practice collaboration.

Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law (counseling and litigation)
Admitted to practice in New York (or able to obtain admission)
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; a portable practice is welcome
Ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers and manage matters from intake through resolution
