Seeking a partner-level attorney to join a busy employment and labor group in New York. The role focuses on advising employers on sensitive workplace issues, counseling on compliance and policy, and handling contentious labor matters.

The team represents a broad client base across multiple industries and combines litigation, counseling, and labor relations work. The hire will work with experienced partners and senior lawyers to grow practice lines and support client service across the U.S.

Portable work is welcome; candidates with an established client base and a demonstrable track record of business development will be given particular consideration.

Admitted to practice in New York with partner-level employment and labor experience.
Proven record of leading client matters, originating work, and managing teams.
Experience in both counseling and litigation/labor relations preferred.
Strong business development skills; portable client relationships encouraged.
