Join a leading US law firm as a lateral partner in the Employment & Labor practice based in New York. The role focuses on advising employers on employment and labor matters with a particular emphasis on executive compensation and benefits.

You will lead and grow a practice group, manage senior client relationships, and collaborate across the firm's broader employment, benefits and executive compensation teams. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in executive compensation/benefits is welcome.

Partner-level experience in employment & labor law, with substantive executive compensation and benefits work
Admitted to practice in New York (or able to qualify promptly)
Proven client development and practice leadership skills; ability to originate and grow business
Strong drafting, strategic counseling, and team management abilities
