You will lead and grow a practice group, manage senior client relationships, and collaborate across the firm's broader employment, benefits and executive compensation teams. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in executive compensation/benefits is welcome.
- Partner-level experience in employment & labor law, with substantive executive compensation and benefits work
- Admitted to practice in New York (or able to qualify promptly)
- Proven client development and practice leadership skills; ability to originate and grow business
- Strong drafting, strategic counseling, and team management abilities
