The team handles a broad mix of employment work for national and regional employers. This is a strategic role for an experienced litigator or counselor who can develop client relationships, manage teams, and contribute to business development.
- Established track record in employment litigation and counseling, with substantial experience defending discrimination, wage & hour, and class action matters
- Experience supervising associates and managing complex matters from intake through trial/arbitration
- Business development capability; portable client relationships or a demonstrable ability to generate new business welcomed
- Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in New York (or willingness to obtain admission)
