Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor, New York

Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a busy Employment & Labor team in New York. The role focuses on counseling and defending employers in discrimination, wage & hour, and class action matters, with opportunities to lead high‑stakes litigation and complex counseling matters.

The team handles a broad mix of employment work for national and regional employers. This is a strategic role for an experienced litigator or counselor who can develop client relationships, manage teams, and contribute to business development.

• Established track record in employment litigation and counseling, with substantial experience defending discrimination, wage & hour, and class action matters
• Experience supervising associates and managing complex matters from intake through trial/arbitration
• Business development capability; portable client relationships or a demonstrable ability to generate new business welcomed
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in New York (or willingness to obtain admission)
