Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a busy Employment & Labor practice in the Newport Beach office. The role will lead client engagements across counseling, preventive employment advice, and dispute resolution on behalf of employers.

The partner will have a client-facing role responsible for business development, managing and mentoring a team of associates, and expanding the regional practice. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate work is welcome.

J.D. and active California bar admission
Established partner-level experience in employer-side labor & employment matters
Proven record of client development and relationship management; portable business welcome
Experience supervising teams and handling both counseling and litigation matters
