Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Paris employment practice. The role focuses on advising employers across complex employment, social law and workforce matters, with a particular strength in the life sciences sector.

The partner will join an established team and be expected to develop and lead client relationships, contribute to business development across France, and manage and mentor junior lawyers. This is a visible role for an experienced employment partner looking to grow a continental European practice from a Paris base.

Experienced partner with an established employment & social law practice, ideally with experience advising life sciences clients.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; a portable book of business is welcomed.
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising associates and working in cross‑border teams.
Fluency in French and business-level English; ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.
