Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Employment & Labor group in Philadelphia. The role focuses on counseling employers and defending workplace litigation across wage-and-hour, discrimination, labor relations and related employment matters.

The team handles collective and single-plaintiff litigation, union matters and preventative employment counseling. This position offers a senior role with client-facing work and opportunities to lead case teams and contribute to strategic growth of the practice.

Candidates with an established portable practice or book of business are encouraged to apply; the team provides firm resources and platform support for business development and client servicing.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligible and willing to become admitted)
Proven senior employment/labor practice with significant litigation and counseling experience
Track record of client development; portable business welcomed
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills; courtroom and/or administrative hearing experience preferred
