Well-established, national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Philadelphia employment and labor team. The role is client-facing and leadership-oriented, focused on advising employers on labor relations, employment litigation, workplace investigations, and preventive counseling.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain and grow a portable practice, lead complex employment matters (including arbitration and litigation), and partner with firm leadership on business development and team mentoring. This is an opportunity to shape a growing regional practice while leveraging national resources.

Partner-level experience in labor & employment law with a track record of handling complex litigation and counseling matters
Demonstrable business development capability and willingness/ability to bring a portable practice
Experience managing teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and working cross-office with national practice groups
Admission to the Pennsylvania bar or eligibility to waive in; strong client relationship and communication skills
