Well-established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Philadelphia. The role will focus on counseling employers on workplace law issues, labor relations, and executive compensation and benefits matters.

The partner will work with a multi-disciplinary team handling litigation, preventive counseling, and employment-related transactions. The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can lead client matters, contribute to practice development, and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including labor relations and employment litigation.
Demonstrable experience advising on executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
Proven client-management and business development skills; portable client relationships welcome.
Bar admission in Pennsylvania or ability to become admitted; strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
