Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead its Employment & Labor practice in Portland. The role will involve advising employers on a full range of labor and employment matters, supervising junior lawyers, and developing new business locally and regionally.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling litigation, workplace counseling, policy development, and preventive employment strategies. This is an opportunity to bring and expand a portable practice within a well-resourced platform while playing a visible leadership role in the office.

JD and active bar admission in the relevant state (or ability to obtain).
Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including litigation and counseling.
Proven record of business development; portable practice and client relationships welcome.
Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and contribute to practice growth.
