Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor, San Francisco

Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco employment and labor practice. The role focuses on advising employers on workplace counseling, litigation defense, union/collective-bargaining matters, wage-and-hour and class action exposure, and internal investigations.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, contribute to business development, and play a senior role mentoring associates and building a cohesive team in the office. This is an opportunity to grow a portable practice or integrate an existing client base into a national platform.

• Partner-level experience in employment and labor law with a track record of leading complex matters
• Experience litigating workplace disputes and counseling employers on compliance, policies, and investigations
• Demonstrated business development ability; portable book of business welcomed
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer; strong leadership and mentoring skills
