Senior employment and labor partner role based in San Francisco for a large, full‑service US firm. The position combines litigation, arbitration and workplace counseling across traditional labor and broader employment matters, leading engagements for national and regional clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to develop and expand client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups. The firm provides national platform support and resources for partners with a portable practice.

Juris Doctor and active California bar admission (or ability to waive/transfer).
Proven partner‑level experience in employment and labor law (litigation, arbitration, and counseling).
Track record of originating and managing client matters; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong client development, management and team leadership skills.
