Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco employment & labor group. The role will focus on representing employers in complex employment litigation and counseling matters, with an emphasis on discrimination, wage-and-hour and class action work.

The team handles high-stakes, client-facing matters across multiple industries and seeks a partner who will both lead litigation and contribute to business development. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with national reach while based in the San Francisco market.

Licensed to practice in California (or eligible to transfer admission)
Established employment litigation practice with significant experience in discrimination, wage & hour, and class action matters
Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, high-volume litigation
Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills; portable practice or ability to bring business welcomed
