Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an employment & labor practice from the firm's Seattle office. The role focuses on litigation and counseling across discrimination, wage & hour, and class-action matters, with opportunities to advise employers on preventative risk management and internal investigations.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, nationwide employment group and will have access to substantial institutional resources to support complex, high-stakes litigation and large-scale wage/hour matters. This is a leadership role with visibility across the firm’s regional and national client base.

  • Proven partner-level litigation practice in employment & labor (discrimination, wage & hour, class actions preferred)
  • Track record of originating or developing client work; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability a plus
  • Strong courtroom and ADR experience, with ability to manage large, complex matters and teams
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and established local market presence
