Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley employment & labor team. The role will sit within a busy, multi-discipline practice group that regularly collaborates with corporate, IP and litigation teams on client matters across the U.S.

The ideal hire will be a market-facing partner with a portable practice who can drive new business and work collaboratively across offices. Opportunity includes significant client-facing work, matter leadership and partnership-level contributions to practice growth.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in employment & labor law (including ERISA/compensation & benefits or labor relations)
Portable book of business or clear ability to originate and grow client relationships
Comfort working alongside corporate, IP and litigation teams on cross-practice matters
Track record of client development and leading matters at the partner level
