The partner will work with a national team to service regional and national clients, manage a small team of lawyers and staff, and drive business development in the region. A portable practice or proven ability to originate and cultivate client relationships is preferred.
- Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, with specific expertise in executive compensation and benefits.
- Proven track record of client management and business development; portable practice or demonstrated origination history preferred.
- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or the ability to obtain admission.
- Experience leading teams and collaborating across a national practice platform.
