Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an Employment & Labor practice in the firm's Sioux Falls office. The role will have a strong focus on executive compensation and employee benefits, advising employers on a range of labor and employment matters.

The partner will work with a national team to service regional and national clients, manage a small team of lawyers and staff, and drive business development in the region. A portable practice or proven ability to originate and cultivate client relationships is preferred.

  • Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, with specific expertise in executive compensation and benefits.
  • Proven track record of client management and business development; portable practice or demonstrated origination history preferred.
  • Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or the ability to obtain admission.
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating across a national practice platform.
