Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Tallahassee. The role will involve counseling employers on workplace issues, defending and prosecuting employment litigation, and handling labor relations and collective bargaining matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team supporting regional and national clients. This is an opportunity to take a visible role in a busy practice with access to broad firm resources and cross-practice collaboration.

Established partner-level experience in labor and employment law (civil litigation, administrative proceedings, and labor relations).
Admission to practice in Florida (or ability to obtain) and strong courtroom or arbitration experience preferred.
Proven client-development capabilities; a portable practice or demonstrable track record of generating business is a plus.
Leadership, mentoring experience, and ability to work collaboratively across practice teams.
